Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, not including the day of the order, and excluding weekends & holidays. Give 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated after initially being scanned. You will receive all your shipping details to track your order properly.

 

Shipping Rate

Flat Rate Shipping is $7.99 for all orders temporarily, during the construction finishing & launching process of TheLadyBennu.com. Shipping rates will change once new items, and collections are added. Notification of changes will be sent to my Exclusive Community Mailing List, posted on social media, and made available on this website.

Rates subject to change, based on market fees changing. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

 

Shipping Methods

Carriers are chosen based on providing the safest, fastest, quality service, while keeping shipping rates easy & manageable for customers. Usual shipping methods include, but are not exclusive to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. 

 

Returned Packages

All returned packages will be charged the full cost of postage to re-ship the package, including those packages that were initially shipped for free, plus a $5 re-processing fee.

 

Transit Times

Transit time varies based on the shipping address, weather and courier delays. It is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your package once it has been scanned as received. All delivery concerns should be taken up directly with the courier. Porch theft should be reported to police. Customers should provide a safe and secure shipping address for successful order delivery.
